      When unpacking a new clothing with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

      Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

      The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

      This is a tight knit with stretch. Seams appear well stitched. With my Covid weight gain, it is a size too small and it is, unfortunately, not offered in a larger size which makes me so sad. I will keep this outfit hoping I will lose enough weight to be able to wear it because even my husband was impressed by the beauty and elegance of it. Hard to imagine something so wonderful at this price!

      The shirts are great and my colleagues loved them. The shirts are fitted so size up if you like a looser fit. We ordered 48 shirts to celebrate Read Across America Day. The price was great and the customer service is willing to work with you. Just expect a response the following day. I do wish that the sizing chart included mens sizes. The men sized up as well as women who wanted a little room in the shirt. We will be ordering again!
